Registration has opened for the 2015 Music Education Expo, which will be held at the Barbican Exhibition Halls on 12 and 13 March 2015. Registration allows free entry to the event.
Returning for a third year, the event ‒ supported by CM sister magazine Music Teacher ‒ will run across two days, with thousands of attendees and more than 100 exhibitors expected.
The programme will include more than 50 professional development sessions including a wide-ranging programme of workshops, debates and seminars covering practical teaching to music education policy.
The last event attracted 2,164 visitors from across the education sector, 65.5% of whom were practising music teachers.
A call for papers is open until 18 September: proposals for seminars and workshops should be sent to Thomas Lydon, editor, Music Teacher magazine and Expo head of content, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Music Teacher Awards for Excellence will take place as part of the Expo on 12 March at the Grange Hotel, London. Nominations are open in a number of categories: for more details click here.
