The Association of British Orchestras and Rhinegold Publishing joined forces for the second year to present three awards honouring the backstage talent in the UK’s classical music industry. Here the worthy recipients tell us a little about their lives outside the limelight:
Artist manager of the year: James Brown, Hazard Chase
Concert hall manager of the year: Kevin Appleby, Turner sims
Orchestra manager of the year: David Butcher, Britten Sinfonia
